White Lotus Reflections
I just finished the season 3 finale of White Lotus, so if you haven’t seen it yet… spoiler alert! This is your sign to click away now. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Okay, for everyone still here—you’ve seen the finale, gone through all five stages of grief, and are now sitting with the bittersweet ache of a Mike White masterpiece. Once again, he gave us just enough to stay hooked while expertly denying us the closure we thought we needed.

Auto-Immune Dis-Ease
I realized that from a young age, I was conditioned—like so many women—to make myself smaller, to be agreeable, to suppress my emotions, desires, and truth. Every time I was silenced by my parents or authority figures, my body was learning to hold things in rather than express them.
I also discovered that Graves’ disease is genetic—likely passed down from my mother, who was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in the 90s, before Graves’ was widely recognized. This illuminated something powerful: the illness wasn’t just mine to carry—it was also ancestral.
As I continued researching, I found a deep connection between the throat chakra and the thyroid. Our throat chakra governs our ability to express ourselves, speak our truth, and stand in our authenticity. The more I understood this, the more I saw the direct link between my suppressed voice and my autoimmune condition.

Leap of Faith
As a Manifesting Generator, I thrive on freedom—the ability to pivot and follow where my energy feels most aligned. And when I first started this job, I loved it. For the first nine months, I was eager to learn, challenge myself, and be an asset to my team. But over time, the spark faded. I found myself tiptoeing around management, absorbing the stress of the office, and taking on emotional regulation for everyone around me. That’s the double-edged sword of being an empath—you naturally hold space for others, but without boundaries, it becomes overwhelming.

8th House North Node
According to my natal chart, my North Node is in Pisces in the 8th house—which, in a nutshell, means I came into this life to release perfectionism and learn to trust and surrender to the process. Pisces is the sign of intuition, dreams, and expanded perspectives, and being in the 8th house—the realm of death, rebirth, shadow work, and shared resources—this placement calls me to embrace deep transformation. My path is one of constant evolution, healing generational, ancestral, and past-life wounds.

MY Kuleana
A conversation with a dear friend of mine sparked this reflection. She shared her vision for a grassroots food security movement in the ‘Ewa and Kapolei communities called Ohana Food Share. This initiative gathers food and resources from within the community and redistributes them to ‘ohana (families) and kūpuna (elders) facing food insecurity. As she spoke, I could feel the passion behind her words. Her commitment to this cause reminded me that so many meaningful community initiatives are born from a simple recognition of need—when someone sees a problem and instead of looking the other way, decides to take action.

Crash Out SZN
This week, I want to talk about the collective energy. I don’t know about you, but it feels like everyone is on the verge of crashing out. To me, this is "crash-out season"—a time when emotions are running high, and people are reacting from a deeply emotional place. For many, it’s a feeling of being unseen, unheard, or invalidated. But instead of seeking external validation from a partner, friends, or the world around you, take a moment to look inward. Where within yourself do you feel unseen, unheard, or invalidated?

Level UP
Thirty-five was a big year for me. I took on a part-time job that led me to cross paths with some of the most incredible people I’ve met while living in Sydney. It was also a year of deepening my psychic gifts and healing modalities, helping me forge connections with like-minded psychic baddies. These experiences not only enriched my personal growth but also strengthened my offerings, giving me clarity on who I truly want to work with and how I want to provide support.

Bold Bitch Energy
Understanding Leo Energy
Leo is a bold, fixed fire sign known for its flair, passion, and ability to leave a lasting impression. This energy is all about stepping into the spotlight, claiming your space, and embracing your authenticity without hesitation. It’s calling you to stop playing small and go after exactly what you want.
This full moon is your invitation to release anything keeping you from fully owning your truth. What truth have you been avoiding? Where have you been hiding in the shadows? What parts of you need to be seen and celebrated?

Courage to grow
Facing Fear and Letting Go
For years, I’ve let fear hold me back—fear of failure, fear of looking foolish, fear of asking for help. It’s easier to hide behind my mess than to risk opening up and facing judgment. Sound familiar? It’s a limiting belief that I’ve carried for far too long, but I’m choosing to leave it behind in 2024.
As I greet 2025, I’m committing to sitting with discomfort and embracing vulnerability. I’m learning to ask for help, even when shame threatens to take over. I no longer need to carry the weight of hyper-independence—I have a beautiful support system I can lean on. Trusting the process and unlearning the societal “shoulds” that have boxed me in are my guiding themes this year.

Shift in Energy
Astrological Transits in Focus
One of the most significant transits astrologers are buzzing about is Pluto’s move into Aquarius. This shift brings deep themes of death, rebirth, and transformation, especially for the fixed signs and the area of your natal chart influenced by Aquarius. While it may sound intense, remember: this is your moment to step into your power. Outdated beliefs and habits are ready to fall away, clearing space for fresh energy and perspectives to take root over the next 19 years.
The second key transit to be aware of is Mercury Retrograde, from November 25 to December 15. This isn’t a time to fear but rather an invitation to slow down, reassess, and revisit your energetic boundaries. Avoid rushing or falling into scarcity mindsets—it only creates unnecessary stress. Instead, allow this retrograde to guide you toward clarity and alignment.

Case of the Ex
This week, I wanted to dive a little deeper into the topic of energetic cords—specifically, energetic hooks. Ever heard of having “watchers” in your aura? It’s essentially when weak spots in your auric field cause energetic leakage, allowing those who might wish you ill (like an ex-friend or past partner) to attach themselves to your energy and keep tabs on you. It's wild but very real, and these types of energetic hooks and drains can leave you feeling depleted or weighed down.

Cord Cutting
So, how can we recognize cords, hooks, or drains? Think about a moment when you’ve had a disagreement or an emotional interaction with someone close, and afterward, you just can’t get them out of your mind. Maybe you even feel drained, despite having had plenty of rest. Or perhaps you feel sadness or irritability that seems to come out of nowhere. These can all be signs of an energetic cord with that person. Sometimes, cords connect us to even deeper energies, like ancestral or past-life bonds.

Coven of Bad Witches
I’ve been pondering how to bring this vision into reality, to create a gathering space for those of us who seek that deep, soulful connection. Maybe it’s through monthly coven meetings, virtual circles, or themed rituals where we can dive into collective intention-setting, shadow work, or simply revel in each other’s presence. I haven’t landed on the “how” just yet, but sharing this here feels like the first step.

Saturn Return To Sender
First off, everyone experiences a Saturn return—it’s a cosmic rite of passage! A Saturn return occurs when Saturn returns to the same astrological sign it was in at the time of your birth. This happens every 29-31 years, so we typically go through two or even three Saturn returns in a lifetime. The first usually hits around ages 29-31, the second from ages 59-61, and for those lucky enough to experience a third, it arrives around 88-90 years old.
Why Saturn Matters
Saturn is the planet of time, structure, discipline, and karma. It’s often seen as the taskmaster of the zodiac, bringing us lessons that, while tough, are crucial for our growth. Think of Saturn as the stern parent who makes sure you get your life in order. It’s not always easy, but it’s necessary.

Aries Full Moon
Aloha mai, and welcome back to my little mystical corner of the interwebs! This week, I’m shifting gears into some astrology to break down the energy of the Aries full moon—the first Aries full moon in 2.5 years that isn’t under the influence of eclipse energy. This full moon peaks on Thursday, October 17th, and brings a fresh start that Aries and the other cardinal signs have been working hard for. But before we can fully embrace this new beginning, we need to release whatever is holding us in place and take that leap forward, no matter how uncertain or intimidating the path may seem.

Spring Cleaning
Aloha, and welcome back to my little corner of the interwebs, where we talk all things astrology, energy healing, and mystical insights. This week, I want to share a gem of wisdom that came through for me while I was deep cleaning, clearing, and reorganizing my home. Just like we regularly clean our physical spaces, it’s important to make a ritual of deep cleaning and reorganizing our emotions, manifestations, and deeply rooted beliefs. Doing so creates the space we need to welcome in new energies and shift our perspectives on the challenges that keep us stuck.

Past Lives & Soul Ties
Past life work is a powerful tool for understanding who we are today. First, it helps us identify the key players from past lives who are connected to important people in our current life—whether these connections are positive or challenging. These soul connections unlock parts of ourselves that we may not have realized existed, leading to profound healing. Often, these blockages can be hidden, making it all the more powerful when we uncover and address them. Second, past life work allows us to cut karmic or soul ties that may still be influencing our relationships today, helping us improve these connections and heal on a deeper level.

The in-between
This reflection also brought me to the concept of death and rebirth that comes with every new level of growth. When we outgrow where we’re at, we need to be “repotted,” so to speak, and that can be an uncomfortable adjustment. Some emotions, old patterns, or energies need to wilt and fade away so that we can make space for the new growth that’s emerging.
This phase can feel isolating and uncomfortable. Right now, that’s what’s happening in the stars too—we’re in between eclipses, in the thick of this death and rebirth process. So instead of freaking out over a few yellowing leaves, let’s embrace it as part of the process. Your roots are expanding, establishing a new foundation. Every time you rise to a new level, there’s going to be some shedding and pruning.

Nurturing My Inner Child
Rather than laying blame on myself or my parents for these emotional wounds, I was encouraged to acquaint myself with and befriend my inner child. Initially, she seemed like a stranger, distant and cold, wounded by my abandonment as I sought approval and conformity to fit in. She harbored feelings of loneliness and resentment, yearning for the love and support that I failed to provide her, the way I needed it myself.

Embracing the Cosmic Dance
In the vast celestial tapestry, Taurus the bull stands as an earthly embodiment of abundance and indulgence. Its reign as the steadfast sentinel of the second house is guided by none other than the enchanting Venus, a planet that weaves a captivating tale of luxury and a fondness for riches. This unyielding earth sign holds the keys to material wealth and financial prosperity, casting a spell that mesmerizes us all.
