Leap of Faith
Aloha mai and welcome back to my little corner of the internet!
This week, I want to share a leap of faith I was urged by my guides to finally take.
For weeks, I’ve been dreading my part-time job. I’d come home exhausted, spending hours just trying to regulate my nervous system—only to keep stressing about the tasks I had to complete the next day. It drained so much of my energy that I had nothing left to pour into my spiritual biz.
As a Manifesting Generator, I thrive on freedom—the ability to pivot and follow where my energy feels most aligned. And when I first started this job, I loved it. For the first nine months, I was eager to learn, challenge myself, and be an asset to my team. But over time, the spark faded. I found myself tiptoeing around management, absorbing the stress of the office, and taking on emotional regulation for everyone around me. That’s the double-edged sword of being an empath—you naturally hold space for others, but without boundaries, it becomes overwhelming.
By the time the new year rolled in, the toxic environment had only gotten worse. I saw my work bestie—the glue holding everything together—completely burn out. Watching the light fade from her was heartbreaking, so I urged her to leave. And when she finally did, I was overjoyed for her but also left wondering... What now?
Do I stay, sacrificing my happiness for a paycheck? Or do I take the leap, even without a backup plan?
My intuition screamed at me to quit. But my logical mind froze in fear, stuck in scarcity mode. The work is easy, I told myself. I have bills to pay. So, I asked my guides for two very specific signs—and almost instantly, I started seeing them everywhere. Every single day. Still, I hesitated. Fear kept me paralyzed in functional freeze.
So, I asked for one final sign—something undeniable that would confirm I needed to leave and that everything would be okay, even if the path ahead wasn’t clear. That morning, I searched everywhere for it, but then I remembered: I can’t control the outcome. I can only trust and surrender.
Sure enough, at midnight, my sign came through loud and clear.
This time, I listened. I took the leap—not worrying about who would catch me, but trusting that honoring my intuition would never lead me astray.
So if you’ve made it this far, I know there’s something in your life you’re unsure about. You’re standing at a crossroads, wondering if it’s time to pivot or take that leap. And I get it—change is scary. But when you listen to your intuition and take inspired action, that’s where the magic happens.
✨ When you surrender and trust the path ahead.
