Crash Out SZN

Aloha mai and welcome back to my little corner of the internet.

This week, I want to talk about the collective energy. I don’t know about you, but it feels like everyone is on the verge of crashing out. To me, this is "crash-out season"—a time when emotions are running high, and people are reacting from a deeply emotional place. For many, it’s a feeling of being unseen, unheard, or invalidated. But instead of seeking external validation from a partner, friends, or the world around you, take a moment to look inward. Where within yourself do you feel unseen, unheard, or invalidated?

Whoa, did you feel that? That’s accountability, sis. And as your loving, big spiritual sis, I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this:

That man doesn’t know what he wants because YOU don’t fully know what you want. He doesn’t know how to regulate your emotions or make you feel safe because YOU don’t feel safe within yourself or know how to regulate your own emotions. AND that’s okay. But the truth is, you can’t seek externally what needs healing internally.

Every connection and interaction you have mirrors something within you—especially the parts that feel uncomfortable or shameful. Pay close attention to the people or behaviors that drive you crazy; those are often the biggest clues about where your shadow work needs to begin. When you bring this awareness to the surface, you’ll be surprised at how quickly your perspective and energy shift.

So, in this "crash-out season," when you feel that heat rising within you because someone has triggered or upset you, take a moment before reacting. Instead of jumping straight into confrontation or aggression, take eight deep breaths. Even if your anger is justified and you feel the need to defend yourself, remember: people can only meet you as deeply as they have met themselves. So why argue with a brick wall?

This is your opportunity to flex your growth muscles—stay calm, cool, and collected while the other person crashes out. Learning to transmute external chaos into personal power is a skill that takes practice, but it’s one I believe everyone can develop. If you want to dive deeper into protecting and transmuting your energy, I shared my personal energy protection and transmutation spell in my Telegram coven. It’s free to sign up and all new subs get a free mini reading, you can get the link here.

Stay grounded, stay empowered, and remember—you hold the power to shift your reality from within. ✨
